M6 Woes
Im havin trouble with the M6 Tranny in my car, It wont shift hard into fourth, and sometimes loses pressure in the clutch pedal after hard shifting/acceleration or a combnation of the two. Im going to replace the slave/master cylinder and throwout bearing, is there anything else I can do while I have the tranny out to fortify it in ne way (aside from a new clutch)? Ne recommendations would be appreciated, also, what is the best shifter to put in my car?

you could change out the shift forks or have somebody do it, some of them are aluminum and arent very strong and prone to bending.

I'm having the same problem with my car and once i'm in fourth it won't release it. I have to push the clutch in and then try it again and it will release it. It's really a pain! any ideas on how to fix it? some people say it might be my linkage tho so i dunno

God Damn It
So i took my car to my mechanic, and they told me nothing was wrong with it, so Im pretty upset right now, I have no Idea about anything to do with the damn transmission, Im going to just buy a new T56 and be done with it. Another 2000 down the drain for my love of the Fbody. I replaced the slave cylinder, master cylinder and the shift forks and still does the same shit. Maybe Ill just get a 4L60E conversion. This Is my 3rd manual and I had the same problems with the other two

Apparently what happened is my clutch was not engaging fully even though pedal was depressed all the way. I changed out the hydraulics to 2002s and put a clutch from a Z06 vette in my car, now it shifts and drives GOOOOOD
