LS1.com Help me get my headlights working
My Firebird is a 95
I converted it to the 1998-2002 Trans Am Body style. I need some wiring diagrams, pictures, something of what the 1998-2002 firebirds/trans ams have so I know what part of the wiring I need to order. I'll get pics but the best I can explain is that the new headlights have all five wires (3 from the lights, 2 from the motor) going coming together to a 5 pin connector. The old (1993-1997) has 3 wires that went into the old style headlights. Obviously I need to buy the section of the wiring that will plug into the new 5 pin connector, but gm parts direct has horrible diagrams and I don't want to order the wrong part and i'm sure I need the rest of the wiring that replaces the old 3 wires that then goes into the new 5 pin. I hope that helps. I really would like to get my headlights operating as this is annoying
Thank you
