From the pictures and information seems like a good deal. Need more detailed pictures though.
The MPG really depends on the driver. M6 can make you waste gas more or less depending on how you drive it. If you go like 5000rpm at every red light and in between shifts then your MPG will be .5, but if you keep your car at like <1.5k rpm your MPG will be pretty good.
I'm 20 and my insurance would of raped me so the car is under my father's name or else I wouldn't afford it.
Edit: check if its a real WS6 as the ram-air stickers are not on the nostrils. In order to check this open the drivers side door and look at the sticker on it and look for the code "WS6". This will let you know its an authentic WS6.

Not that hard, I took a 92 maxima out a couple of days to learn, but found out that was doing shit. I finally learned when I started driving it daily anywhere I was going rather than taking my automatic. As long as you keep at it you will get the hang of it. At first it will be a bitch, especially hills, but after awhile its gonna be all second nature and you really won't even think about it. You will just have all the shifting in the back of your mind unless you're going at it and romping the shit out of your car.

Thats what I said before I got it, "don't worry, I'll be able to keep low rpm and not waste gas", but I usually find myself gunning it at any opportunity since I bought it. I think its just because I just got that car and am in love with the power and the rush it gives. I find myself driving more "normal" a lot more as the days pass though.
