After paperwork, taxes, interest and such, just under $14 grand.

More than I really wanted to spend, but my dad was with me and I think he liked the car just as much, if not more than I did...plus he's tired of having to take his truck on his 50ish mile commute to work both ways (spending $100+ a week in gas) so he doubled my down payment and offered to put $100 a month toward the monthly payments if I keep the grass cut. (which with winter coming up, I was more than happy to oblige)

Aside from a couple rock chips that you can only see if you're looking for them, the car is immaculate. Don't know why I ever owned an auto before either. M6 is too much fun..

Nice find... I would've offered them 1000 more then trade in value cash in hand knowing they got it on trade or from an auction. They made some money on it that's for sure.

14 grand?? i just got mine in may and its 02 with around 51k miles and mine was right at 7 grand

That is exactly what mine looked like when I bought it. Thought it was hot then but, when you do a few mods and tint the windows, makes a big diff. Costs a little to do some mods but, its worth it.

A4 or M6? I see auto's in this condition around that price all day long, but 6-speeds really dried up over the past couple months. People that got 'em are a little too proud of them..

For awhile there I was considering buying an auto car, T-56 tranny, and doing the swap myself when I got some time. Might've been cheaper.

But like I said earlier, it may have been more than I was willing to pay, but dad disagreed and decided to make up the difference, so I didn't stop him.

A4, its was more convienant for me since i go to school in the mountains and have to drive 6 hours to get from school.

Heh, the light is nothing. I just stuck the key in so the mileage would pop up. All the lights came on, and I accidentally got that one in the pic too.
