    i bought mine from ws6store.com it was $85.00 plus shipping which is cheaper than dealer which quoted me for $120. both of them come without paint i just painted mine with a gloss black spray can looks pretty good not perfect

    I bought mine off of E-Bay brand new and painted the same color as my car for $70. Do a search under parts for license plate cover on E-Bay. Here is the item URL: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=330280181543. The shipping was very reasonable and it came with two torx mounting screws and it was sealed in plastic with the new part number stickers still on it. Hot Rod was the seller. Good luck!!
