i absolutely love Trans Ams,all generations,but the 4th generation is my favorite im crazy about them honestly,we spend a lot of time on this site looking at other members cars,mostly checking out the outer appearance,but i would like to see the interiors of your T/As 1st,2nd,3rd,4th generations so i'll start with mine

The gauges do look nice, though I use my A/C a lot. Also, could you PM me details on where you got that shifter (knob) and if it was a direct fit or not? That is pretty sweet.

I had to do a little fabricating involving ABS plastic and some JBWeld.
I'm also kinda 50/50 on whether I like it or not. I did it cause I didn't want my screen to be so high and getting hit in the rear by the vents. It's kind of annoying if the screen is up and I want to change the HVAC. I have no A/C, so this is only really necessary when it's cold out and I want the heat on/off. I guess if you didn't have a retractable screen and just a regular headunit, you could easily get away with it.

Probably cost no different than what you pay new for seats. Mine need a bit of work still, namely recovering since the drivers side is peeling and all of the leather is just too dry to maintain properly. Also had both door panels crack straight through so that's 190/piece. All in all, good for an ill maintained 38K bird.
