    Ben Stiller movie.

you must be doing some serious burn outs in prestaging then if you're only chirping off the line @ 3k launches.

I turned a 13:46 ET in my bone stock '99 TA A4 by staging at idle and stomping it on the green light. Slight squirrel sideways on launch, 1.99 60' and 103MPH trap speed.

King of the traffic light launch...

On an auto you are supposed to preload suspension at like 2k or so rpms using the brake and gas then release brake and wait for the car to shift for you lol.

Its lowered 1 inch in the rear and 1.75 in the front but i got the car like that so i dont know what and the tires are 245/50 brgoodrich g force T/A nothing special. When launch i usually stay side by side or pull about 1/2 car on my auto friends.

Mine stock on 275's would blow the tires off from 3,000.
    Just saying.

Maybe you are slipping the clutch a lot more than I did though.

Well when i let it out i do let it chirp and girp for a sec the rpms go from 3200 to about 2700-2800 then i slam it and the car just goes, launching like this i run mostly 12.9s sometimes 13.0s when im not quite as quick on the shift my best is a 12.87, with lid, headers, catback, lowered and short shifter so i think i do pretty good at launching.

When i had my kumho's on my car the thing would break loose if i tried to launch the car at 2500 even when my car was basically stock.

Then your rear breaks aren't holding the power, they should have no problem holding 1500 rpms so maybe you have a bad caliper on one side???
