just bought TA and having issues

hey everyone.. I recently bought a 98 ram air and is having problems with the BCM i guess. My door locks won't work with the key fob or the buttons on the door but the lights still come on. I researched on this site and i found the points on the BCM board and to re-solder. I took out the BCM and apparently the previous owner already did this b/c there seemed to be extra solder on them. so question is, since it still doesnt work does that mean my BCM is needing to replaced???? and what is the guestimate on how much something like that cost??? the dealer needs to program it right???? thanks everyone

ok... i just checked the fuse box and it was missing the fuse so i put one in and now the key fob works both lock and unlock... but the button on the panel still won't lock, it just dings at me 4 or 5 times when pressed

have you popped the door switch panel off of the door to make sure that the wires are hooked up to it?
