Idle Hanging

Just curious, do you guy have problems with idle hang? I notice if I break without downshifting, everything works fine. If I downshift when I break the idle will stick around 1500-2500 rpms and wont go down until I drive it. Seems kind or bizarre, but I could really use some pointers.

make sure the cable isn't hung up or needs lubed. do youi have stock throttlebody? i had an old fast 78mm tb and it would stick all the time.

Everything is stock on my car. I just bought it a couple months ago and trying to get everything perfect before I start modding it. I don't think its lube, cause it doesn't hang with normal breaking, only when I use the downshift method. Ill try it though when I get home from work.

might be a tune issue but it could be any number of things.
