I Want Some Modsss!!!
Ok guys i got good christmas bonus this year and im probably going to get some mods for my T/A and more mods at Tax time.
I do not want to go over 3k, will these things that i want to replace make me go over 3k?
UNFORTUNATELY im not nearly close to being an expert in installing parts in my car so i'd have to get it done professionally
Pro 5.0 shift
K&N Cold Air Intake
Some type of headers
Exhaust, i would like a loudmouth but that'll be alittle too loud for a daily driver
once again: it'll be professionally installed, so it'll be much more expensive than doing it my self, which im not nearly knowledeable enough to do
If you have any suggestions on what to get for 3k, feel free to list them

Those parts even with installation should not run you anywhere near $3k. I would highly recommend sub frame connectors as well. Its not a glamour mod, but its one of the most important mods you can do for the fbodies.

Check out my sig i think i spent about 3k on everything, minus my tires. Thats with the parts installed( did exhaust, lid, control arms myself) but i only payed about half of what a shop charges cause i had an ls1 guy do it at his house.
You can very easily install some of the parts yourself, i did with average at best mechanical skills. The exhaust will take you maybe an hour, the control arms bolt right in, in about a half hour. A lid or CAI is also a very easy mod to install. The sub frame connectors will only cost you about 75 bucks to have welded in.Last edited by sfletch2000; 12-06-2007 at 08:44 AM.
