It kills me but i have to sell the car .Time to buy a condo and have kids .I love the trans am so much but the car is just sitting and have to put down payment on a condo.

About 3-5 months worth of hardcore saving will just about equal what you can get out of a T/A in todays market.

If your gonna buy a house now is the time. interest rates are at an all time low and if your looking to stay there for over 5 years I'd say you'd be just fine reselling for a profit at that point
