Nah, I'm really happy with them, I want to keep them. If I go to a different wheel, I'm going to go with something aftermarket.

Plus, the other NBM Firebird in the club I associate with has the early style, so the wheels are the only thing that keeps our cars from looking exactly alike.

And like I said, I think they really compliment the look of the Formula, I think they should have been standard on them.

I had a set on my car for a couple weeks between the cheaply chromed 16's that were on my TA when it was new and the 18's I have now. I borrowed them since my friend had TT2's on his car and they were sitting in the garage with decent rubber on them. I just couldn't get used to the look it was too plain but nicer than my stocks were. I wanted Blue aniversary rims or chrome Firehawk wheels till I couldn't find any andthe few I did were reashed and overpriced. I also like the staggered look my friends car had so I ended up with the wheels I have now. Still want some blue WS6 wheels if I can find some that aren't rashed.

I didn't like them at first either. Then I wrecked it and had no wheels...I learned to apriciate them more when the car wS sitting on Jack stands for a few days with cracked bent and just plane Fu**ed up

No lip but I have seen the blue anivesary wheels widened on a car to 17x11 for the rear. I have also seen it done to the chrome Hawk wheels. There is a rim repair place and their Dallas store does widening. I have though about doing this with a set of wheels I like because they only came in 8.5 and 9.5 and I wanted a 17x10.5 to 11 for the rear till I got my 18x10bout still wish I could have got 18x11's. Dam CCW's are expensive.

The early WS6 wheels for sure, but mine are '00, the early style and have speedline stamped in the back. I went over to the dark side though, scored two sets of Z06 speedlines, run the 17's with 285 steet rubber and the 18's with 315 Hoosier track tires. I like the gunmetal grey look on the NBM Birds

I hate my god awful 10 spokes that are in good shape with very minor rash (very minor) since seeing some lovers here, how much could I get for these pieces of crap IMHO!

I prefer the look of the earlier ones, glad I have those on my car, but I ain't hatin' the Speedlines anymore. The look has grown on me. I have always liked, and probably always will, a nice, chrome (or high polished aluminum) 5-spoke wheel. Those blue ones on the '99 aniversery car were swuueeeet, tho! It was the '99, not the '94, right?
