I Hate My Window

Ok so my window keeps falling ive fixed it a couple times by puting the things back in its place and it rolls up and down fine. but when i go over a bumb or something it falls. what can this be i think it might be a roller wat do you guys think? i appreciate it

Is it staying in the track, is the glass still in the sash? some thing broke for sure.

there should be 2 plastic rollers that guide it in the tracks and with the glass not supported at the top they do get worn out or pop out its just a bad design but looks way better without the door going up around the glass do yourself a favor buy a new one not used that way it last a while and never pull on the glass not that I mind the work

or it could be the regulator
