and on top of that most peopel cant even ride them worth a damn casue there scared shitless.....

my ol 2002 gsxr 1000 has slayed a few hyabusas and zx 12's at the track.. and all i got is a k&n and d&d slip on... best ive ran with it is a 10.31 @ 137.5 mph.... im sure if i went to the track more i coudl get it 10.10....

the 250 ninja is slow as hell the gf used to have one.... took me over half of a mile to get it to 95!!!
FYI a hayabusa is realy that fast. But so is a GSXR1000. My stockwheelbase stockmotor busa has been 9.23@151. If that is not fast what is. My GSXR750 went a 9.63@140 it's all in the rider.(Fastest stockmotor stockwheelbase 750 period) Oh and my GSXR1000 went a 9.33 not that far off of the busa.

Ok just those that don't know all stock 2007 600's have gone 9.90's stock everthing, off of the dealer floor. Not saying that everyone takes it that fast but many do, just most good riders don't ride 600's anymore.

Calm down, no ones questioning your manhood here.

I'm far from an expert and the Viper probably wasn't racing it for real, the more I read this thread.

I'll still take that bottle of water though. thanks.

well since i see no bikers saying anything a rough # of 1/4 of a 600 can be 10.89-11.30 with good driver, sure lots can beat them for a SECOND, most riders dont curve the clutch on take off. but once 2,3 comes i dont care how new the biker it is it will run 11's all day.

it all comes down to power to weight- driver skills- gearing

355 lbs with 150 hp , well you do the math

There is no stock 600 that will break into the 9's.

not to get at you but its totally opposite for me, the dyno #;s mean nothing to me , its basically bragging rights. mmost cars out there with full suspenion mods with 350 HP can smoke a car with say.. 450+ , im just saying i rather go with ETs #'s then HP #'s

The bike was lowered and most likely not on stock tires but very impressive none the less. Unfortunately 99.9% of riders are no Ricky Gadson.

no just rims. , bfg drag radials with 35psi. stock tranny, rear, and stock short block. i'm not in to the whole drive you like you stole idea. left at 2K m6. the biggest factor was the traction control. car also weighs 3920 lbs. and i live in denver colo. thats good for a full second loss. i found a calculator that says it should hit 10.3. i dont know what it would take for that. i would guess slicks, 12 bolt, softer spings. i can say it's fast as hell on the street though i've out run several bikes, but cant say what kind never really looked

i absolutely agree. #'s really mean sqwat, i dont drive on the dyno or at the track i drive on the street. there are cam only cars running in the mid 10's, but how would those cars handle a street race. i suspect not real well, they're designed to go strait on a flat surface, the street is neither

The bike was off of the dealer floor not lowered. But you said no 600 can go into the 9's. You did not say who was the rider. But atleast now you can believe it.
