    Some people are afraid of miles and some people want to keep it forever, im wondering how many feel each way

    Drive it till it blows.. spend 5k on a new, better engine.. drive it till it blows... HELL of a lot cheaper than spending 30k every couple years on a new car... these cars were made to be driven...

    WooHoo!!! Me sediments exactly. It just gives me a chance to get a crate motor next time!!! Beter than spending $30-$40k on a comprable vehicle. Not to mention, most of the newer cars just dont have the additude that I like out of the T/A!

    i bought my car brand new in may of 2000 with less than 1 mile on the clock.
    i just passed 18k with it last month.
    its not that im afraid to drive it, but i keep the car at my moms garage and generally im too lazy at times to go get it.
    it is a fair weather car only.

    I just hit 80k, and I drive it at least 60 miles a day. Since I got it in August of '07 I've put 15k on it.

    I'd like to slow the rate that I'm putting miles on it, but I'm not greatly concerned, as it seems that alot of guys are well over 100k with no problems.

    I'd like to say I'd never sell it, but who knows what the future holds. I tend to think I'll hold onto it for a long while though.
