Medium Blue Metallic- 1999 Pontiac Trans Am
The unibody might be an issue, creaks and rattles and such. Get some subframes and a STB as soon as possible if you are worried about duration. Other things you will have to replace around 150k or so will likely be shocks and window motors; besides normal maintenance of course (brakes, belts, plugs, wires, rad hoses etc.)

I expect to have mine for another 20 years and 200K. ;-) Even if that means a motor refresh. However, I think you could easily say these cars should go 150K with normal maintenance and care.
I too would suggest getting SFC if you plan on racing it at all. It really help the car all the way around. It helps the cars suspension work the way it should. Saves the unibody and quiets the squeaks and rattles you might get going over speed bumps and the such. I'm glad I installed mine early on.
Tower Brace would also be a wise investment imo.
