Are there any aftermarket offerings? I've seen an old post of one that duplicated the hawk hood but with small round extractors but can't find it now. Any help?
yea i wanna see what modifications need to be made to make this hood fit..and a step by step process..

those hoods are junk, by the time you pay for the hood and shipping, then pay to have it fitted youre going to have as much as you would if you bought an OEM hood, then 300 to color match on average... if you get an ebay hood you will pay out the ass and still wont have a factory fit... bite the bullet and get an OEM hood

youre one of the lucky ones.... ive had aftermarket on most of my cars and they ALL needed extensive fitting and id say only half of them had what i would call a factory fit... VFN is one of the more expensive ones too.. if i rember right i had a VFN on my 97 and it took some love to get to fit but not near as much as the other bullshit out there... a couple of them just had to have pins... no way would they sit down flush....
