Help Ses Light Rich Codes

ses is on for running rich on both sides...then clear then on on either one or both sides..took to frost and nothing wrong...now ts on again...

I've heard that if your mass airflow sensor starts going, it can cause that, but I personally never dealt with that one before

Finally got a scanner PO172 and Po175 were set at the same time and freeze frame read:

We cleared it and later that night back again and read
