Help!!!
My car is doing this crazy thing and im not 100% on why its doing this. Every time I drive my car, ill be driving down the road and all of the sudden the abs, and brake light will pop on and the tcs switch will turn off. It all stops working. Then if i turn off the car and then turn it back on everything will be fine. Does anyone have any idea of what could be the problem? The only thing that I can think of is the sensor on the master cylinder may be going out???? Im sure its something retarded. The brakes are semi new, and there are no leaks. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I would like to try and figure it out before i take it to the dealership and get raped on the price.... thanks!

When I temporarily had 16's in the front and 18's in the back the asr, and abs lit up because of the diameter difference. Otherwise it only happens when I drag race it sometimes, I imagine it's from the hard braking-in my case.

sounds like it could just be the classic wheel speed sensor failure.

no not really. You need to have the ABS computer scanned for codes to see which one it is.
The front sensors are part of the wheel bearing and hub assembly and those can get a little pricey. If it is a front, then I suggest you spend the big bucks up front and get an AcDelco hub/bearing. I've seen far too many aftermarket hubs not lasting long.
