Headlight problems?

First started last night I put them down and the left one makes a grinding noise after it is down. Now this morning when I unlock the door with the keyfob the headlights go up and down? That is really a mystery. Any thoughts??

Been discussed many many many many many many times. Replace the gear inside the motor/ replace the motor itself.

Its up to you. You can try the gears or you can purchase new motors and not open the headlights when you are moving. That is where the stress comes from.
