headers
I am so excited i just got my hooker headers ceramic coated long tubes, now i just wanted to know how much it will cost to install the headers, thank you.

I have a "friend" he charge me $1000 dollars.
And some guy that I barely knw his name. Charge me $200.
It depends on the person.
On mine I'll do it my self00 ss blk m6 " STOCK" strano springs, slp bilstein shocks, adj LCA, adj panhard bar, relocation brackets, 2 point SFCs welded,OEM zo6 rims black, magnaflow exhaust, CME exhaust,E/cutout, slp grille, custom front plate mount, HIDs, whistler mod, side moldings delete, slp air lid, ported and polished TB, strut tower brace, 3.73s gears, and some other parts to list!
next to come,4.10s,ls7 clutch, ms3 or 228r cam, ported 243s, ls6 intake, ls6 oil pump. ls2 timing chain, longtube headers no cats, with a tune..
02 tahoe Z71 blacked out
00 jeep grand Cherokee limited on 22s.

dont forget gaskets and bolts...trust me on this one.
and i + the diy I did mine took about 5 or 6 hours, btw i knew nothing about how to do this just followed some good threads step by step.

It really isn't that bad a job, especially if you have some help. Take your time and pay attention so you do not break anything. When you unbolt the stock manifolds, be very careful. Once each bolt broke free, I found it best to run it in and out a bit as I was removing it. A few felt like they wanted to tighten up as they were unscrewed and this seemed to work them free.
The stock GM manifold gaskets are probably the best thing to go with. I tossed the gaskets that came with my Kooks aside and bought a new set from the local dealership. What are you doing about your O2's? A set of Bosch 13111 sensors have a long enough harness that extensions are not required. Not a bad idea, especially if your current sensors are original to the car.

I was told to reuse the stock gaskets when I was ordering from texas speed, I would order upgraded bolts just in case, I was able to reuse my stock ones too

i bought them with the ws6 store , i also got the 02 oxygen extensions.
