    ground wires

Hey all, I was wondering if any one could tell me where all the ground wires are on a 98-02 trans am/A4. I know of all the ones up top the engine and one underneath but wasn't sure if their were anymore. Also (and this is why I'm looking at the ground wires) I keep getting the same code on the same o2 sensor. (o2 sensor bank2 sensor1 low volts) I know it's not the sensor b/c I've changed it more than a few times. I was told it could be a ground problem so I cleaned all the ground connections that I could find.

I would just take it to a mechanic unless you wanna take all day chasing down a ground or possibly a hot wire somewhere.

I'll work on my car now and then but, when it seems too time consuming, expensive or hard to get to etc, I just take it to my mechanic and leave it with him for the day while I work.

I pretty much know the bad, time consuming, hard to get to jobs etc and just leave them to him.

If you choose to take it on yourself which you already have invested time, keep learning. Hope you get an answer to your question and I might be able to learn more, make it less time consuming, less costly, and easier than I thought.

Just random thoughts for what its worth.

No, I have no clue about how many grounds there are but, I'd like to know.

LOL, That's the problem. I'm the one my friends always come to with car problems. I'm no ASE tech or anything though but I know a little plus I have no money for a shop os another car to use while it was in there. I'm sure I'll find all the grounds at some point just hope someone can help and cut some time off. I've already done all the stuff with my car myself might aswell not stop now.
