On your tuning sheet, be sure to provide the MAF part number to Frost. My understanding is that there is more than one calibration and he needs to set up your MAF tables to match it.

I am curious. Do you ever go to work or sleep? You are getting quite a bit done on your car in a relatively short period of time.

New hubs went on today since i had to replace the one cracked rotor. went on smoothe other then some hammering out the old hubs, but everything fit right in. New hubs are smoothe. Didnt realize i needed then that bad until i put the new ones on.
Tomorrow gonna do the LS6 intake manifold and valley pan with new PCV system. Wish my Kmember was here so i could do all that but oh well. I can at least do the uppers so i dont have to take the shocks out anymore lol SO tired of taking the ABS and brake resivor off so i can get to those two torx screws under it.
SO im gonna try and get the LS6 intake and vally pan, UMI Upper A arms, lower A arms, panhard support bar, and MAYBE the tranny mount. If i have time, the tranny cooler.
Ill try and get the Torque converter and flexplate and all the new ARP bolts with it on friday. I have a couple days off before saturday so im gonna try and get this done.

and my Frost tuned PCM is on the way

Congrats on the install. Waiting for an opsu in your case would have been bad.

Well I installed my RR K-member, Lower control Arms, Panhard support bar, 145amp truck altinator, and new poly motor bushings.

Now let me tell you when i say, this isnt an easy install, you need to be patient and take your time.
It can be done by yourself, but you better have some muscles lol

    Prior to install.

    the old stuff

    gettin it in there

NOw i need an Alignment lol
I found this as a recommendation on here. My passenger side is REALLY off. The driver side is pretty good. I used the original kmember as a reference but i need to get this thing on the alignment rack. I have the poly/roto lowers and non adjust uppers.
CAnt really say how the car feels until it gets aligned completely. Feels tight though with all the new front end bushings and motor bushings

So you know when they go to align it some machines won't take into account if your car has different wheels and has been lowered. So what shows green on the rack might actually still be out of spec.

Damn that is nice K-member! I have contemplated doing a UMI piece as well but have put it on hold for now until I get back to the US permanently.

Yeah, but all i really need is the Camber and caster set right. Toe is actually fine. I never took the rack off the car or tie rods off the spindals.
I think if i drive straight into a drive on lift and lock down the lower arms, they will actually almost self correct in a straight line. then when i go to an alignment place they will be pretty close to what i need. Im experiencing some steering issues. I tightened it up but enought to get me to the shop. When i back up though, it really shows its ugly face lol.
Over all the install was pretty straight forward.

I highly recommend doing a K-member swap on a lift. I couldnt imagine doing this on the ground. I did my headers on the groung and that was agony enough.

Looking good! Wish I had a lift like that. That thing should handle like it's on rails!

As soon as you play with caster or camber the toe is affected. Just what I have been told by my teacher, and what I have seen doing alignments.

did you turn the bolts around on the rack so you dont have to lift up the engine to take out the bolts? or does the K give you room to do that?
