I can only imagine, your car is probably the most popular black ta in the nation. No need to keep it from being driven

I thought I had it but I only have the Hp/Tq numbers so I couldn't tell you. Sorry

It said dyno pro on the shop but I'm not sure. may have been a dyno jet, maybe a mustang...
    The car is an 02
I am not trying to rain on your parade, but in your first post you mentioned that you suspected around 337. That would be more appropriate for your mods. 358 is extremely high for your mods. I suspect it was a dynojet and I also suspect you might be running a little lean which is why the higher dyno numbers. I would make it a point to find out what your air/fuel ratio was.

I knew someone would come in and doubt but no worries here man. The car runs strong and I have little to no problem keeping up with my friends 396rwhp 02 trans am tuned and dyno'd by the same guy. Everyone including the tuner and myself were shocked at the numbers. The car is young, I believe it'll be okay

I am not being critical, doubtful or really trying to be negative, I am trying to be cautious.

I have seen a ton of LS1's dynoed, I have a lot of experience with this.

I am sure the car runs strong. If you are running lean though, that can lead to premature failure of your motor from detonation. Its ultimately up to you what you choose to do, but its usually a good idea to know what your air/fuel ratio is running at. Last thing you want is a blown motor because it was too lean.

    But congrats on your day

I watched the video and in all the pulls it said Max air/fuel ratio= 17.5
I don't think thats what your looking for but I'll try to find out. No one wants a blown motor lol so I'll look into it

I would probly listen to this guy, find out your mix, report back Here with the figures and then maybe a determination can be made as to why you have these power ratings and if it's harmful to your engine.

You have to be kidding... 17.5 I would park the car and have it towed to the dyno..

Your air to fuel ratio should be 13:1 range. 12.5:1 means it is running rich, getting more fuel than it needs. This won't blow your motor.

Anything over 13.5:1 is starting to get lean, which means its not getting enough fuel. Anything over 14:1 is starting to get dangerous. Anything over 15:1 and you are playing with fire. The cylinders are not getting enough fuel and will detonate.

I don't know if the 17.5 you are seeing is truely indicative of your actual air/fuel ratio, but I would stay out of the throttle until you find out if you have a safe tune.

Leaning out the tune is what some tuners do to get higher HP numbers. Your HP numbers are out of average parameters for the mods you list. That's why I really suspect you have a lean tune right now.

I watched the video ... Listen to the tuner he even states that its running lean. 17.5 is on the high lean side... I would just check and ask to make sure about the tune. I know the tuner is a good tuner... Just ask him what you A/F is. Starving a motor of gas can make it detonate. This can damage the engine... Dont get me wrong. I saw the video and I saw the numbers.. Stout numbers but I would ask to make myself feel safe.

I guarantee that it isn't 17.5 at WOT.
Bear's wideband is quite funky...and doesn't read well until WOT.
That 17.5 is when the car is idling....100% sure of that.

Bear's dyno (I assume DynoPro is where it was tuned) is also good for numbers.
    Hence me hitting 531.

I can drive it without issue.
    Just can't hit WOT shifts.

Again notice I do not have doubt about the tuner. I would just want to know my A/F.. Those numbers really dont match his mods. If it is correct I will bow down and say factory freak... 17.5 at idle is good ????

Thats on the rich side... Thats fine... I would prefer in the 13.1 range myself but..... Again you have a solid tuner..

I think the computer aims for 14.7 A/F (stoich) at idle.
The dyno's wideband doesn't read until WOT....therefore going to 17.5 until it reads.

I can pull up one of my charts from that place.
And no Blackbird....Trent would NEVER have let you go WOT at that A/F.
