General problems/concerns need some help please!!!

First off i have a 98 T/A ... Passenger side DRL is out(replaced bulb, didn't work however) Turn the Lights on both DRL light up(how is that possible?) Antenna won't go up or down(stuck at about 5" up, when i'm cruisin in 6th it won't go to 5th, every other way is possible 6-4, 6-3 so on and so forth 2-3 3-4 4-5 5-6 everything works fine except that one! Where can i get polished aluminum grille inserts for hood and fenders? How bout driving light upgrades, i know i can't just put new bulbs you have to buy the housing as well, where can i get some HID lights for my car? ...... Thanks for the help and I have some parts ya'll may be interested in GTech Pro SS Performance meterused for a week(didn't see a purpose but me wantin to get on it all the time and costing me to much in gas lol), Hurst Roll Control/Line Lock Kit with installion kit, and SLP Fan Control Switch, all for sale let me know if your interested!
