So do I have to remove the engine from the car to see if I got an LS6 block or not? I can't see nothing down there from under the hood.

Are there other ways to verify a car as a Genuine WS6? Any photos of the door sticker so I can know what to look for? Can I look at the suspension and tell? The car does have an aluminum drive shaft. Does that confirm it?

Any and all help would be appreciated. I tried to send 01WS6_4_ME a PM, but I don't see how to do that on this board. All I can do is send an email.

Anxiously awaiting confirmation so I can make purchase...
Fred, I haven't received anything from you. email me with your vin justin.fabiola@cox.net And, no u don't have to remove the engine, you just need a mirror. There's a thread explaining where to look, just do a search. It's on the back of the engine block.

yeah, still are those numbers right? are 98 flow numbers better? refering to the cam not the heads and intake manifold.

Ive read somewhere that the earlier LS1 cams didnt make the power that the later ones did with the LS6 intake....so they did some testing with other cams and even though its smaller it made more power and made the emmissions cleaner.

Hey guys. I am wanting to know if this car is a true ws6. 2g2fv22g1w2221751
I am really nervous this has always been my dream car and I am about to buy it tommorrow. everyone around me wishes that they had a lambo or ferarri. {sp?} but this has always been mine. I have daydreamed for the last five days of me and my girl with the t tops out riding to the beach and me wearing my cavalry hat something reminisent of ole smoke and the bandit. haha I know its corny. but when you have been through as much hell as i have you kinda deserve something nice. Thanks guys

We should add to ignore the marketing ratings. All ls1's dyno around the same.
