The Emblem Pro's one is a nice dress up piece that functions and is a good price. It's stainless steel..

EMBLEMPROS.COM - GM LICENSED AND CUSTOM VEHICLE EMBLEMS - 1993 - 2002 Camaro and Firebird (all models) Mirror Stainless Steel Airdam / Air Deflector

with the exception to Emblem Pro's you are going to have to look for one in the junk yards or call these guys up.

If you are just talking about the flat black plastic air dam, they are available brand new on e-bay and from some dealers. Price is $55.95 new but I've seen used ones that look almost new for less. Check 93-02 Camaro Firebird Under Radiator Air Dam Deflector NEW GM | eBay

I agree that the stainless steel piece looks nice. Never seen that before. At first I was thinking it would get beat to hell (like the stock one does), but they shortened it for more ground clearance. Interesting.
