I love the 93-97 nose, but I can't find a hood I like. I'll be keeping the 98-02 front end.

I'm fairly sure someone swapped it at one point in it's 18 year life.

Just got home from the garage...made some significant progress today.

Got all of the body panels off, so all that is left is the engine, trans, rear, and HVAC.

Bringing the interior home...this is safe, right?

Yes. As you probably know, the only panels on an F-body that are actually part of the chassis, are the rear quarter panels. In my accident, besides the frame damage, the only real problem was the damage to the quarter panels.

As a result, I am scrapping the chassis from Nymph and transfering everything over to the Firebird. I am going to have to do a little fabrication to make everything fit. For example, the Firebird is an automatic, so provisions for the shifter and master cylinder will need to be made.

If they're not covering the damage, then no.

Sounds like an obsessive amount if work. I do not envy you.

Frame and quarter panel damage is always the worst part. I screwed up a 97 stang like that once. Well I side swipped it into a wall. Dont ask. Lol

    How it goes smoothly.

The only real problem I forsee is the wiring. I'm trying my best to keep everything organized and labeled, so hopefully, I don't create a giant problem for myself.

Got the rear end, driveshaft, torque arm, and fuel tank out today.

Had to put the wheels/tires in the back to prevent the front end from crashing to the ground due to the lightness of the backend.

I also picked up a T/A bumper for $50 off of Craigslist.

Quite the balancing act you've got going on there Be careful with that thing on jack stands like that.

I'll bet a truck would come in handy about now too. I'm impressed with all you've accomplished in such a short period of time

I had a truck, but I sold it cause I never drove it or used it for anything.

I didn't take a picture, but I got the green rear bumper, front fenders, and rear suspension in the GTP to bring home.

    I can't help it...

It would seem that it's always after we get rid of something due to lack of use, that we end up needing it
