It could be a Formula Firehawk.

The Formula and the V6 have the same front bumper cover.

    My two cents worth

I have the SLP hood that is the Firehawk reproduction on my T/A. The previous owner had it installed. I get lots of compliments over it 'cause it doesn't look like the other Ram Air hoods around town. In no way am I trying to pass it off as a Firehawk!!

I saw in a recent post the many opinions on whether the WS6 badge should be used on "clone" cars and I won't even get into that but in my opinon I don't see any problem with a different hood or rims or something on a car. If it looks good to you then go for it. I had a 442 hood on my 1969 Olds Cutlass Supreme. Did it 'cause it looked cool.

I included a few pics of my hood...

That is not an SLP hood. It is a Suncoast Creations 'Raptor' hood.

No Firehawk emblem on the nose either. Can not tell if it is a real Hawk or not. I got no problem with clones. I just would not want to buy a car thinking it was one thing, only to find out it is a clone. But why change the hood of a Hawk, to any other type???? If it is real just goes to show ya "different strokes for different folks"...

Thanks for the correction. I could only go by what the guy that sold it to me said. Anyhow...I guess the point I was making was to the original question of what people thought of that "style" of hood.

Hey, 96 z28, from your pic,s, other than the hood, looks to be a hawk, for your piece of mind, open drivers door, there should be extra stickers stamped with info/codes from slp along with the stock original rpo stickers. I think that some of the posts are maybe thinking that there is some skepticism. Original window sticker and the slp addendum sticker would help as well. Also gives you the car number, and if anyone else reading has a question, you can always call slp, give them your vin and they will not only tell you if its the real deal, they can tell you what what was done to the car when it was there. My apology to slp if they get a burst of calls.
