This may be a dumb question, but...where do I post a question about not having taken out my t-top panels in around 10 years and is it bad for them? They don't leak and are perfect- but wondering if the rubber seal has been affected AND if I should take them out now or periodically and if I do it now, is there a good chance they will not fit back in perfect?
    Thanks

This would either be a General Help or Firebird / Trans Am question -- both would work for you. Quick answer -- GM makes a seal conditioner and there are other products that can be used. I wipe ours down with spray silicone at least once a year. I'll see about getting this moved for you.

Great-thanks. Mine is a Firebird/TA, not educated enough to know if that is a Firebird specific question. You're sweet. Thanks again.

Is this where I would post a looking for

I'm looking for a 2000-2003 ws6, black, 6sp(Hurst shifter) low miles firebird. I figured that the majority of owners would look here first or might know someone who wants to sell thier firebird. If this is the right area then I'll put all the specifics up and hope someone can help me.

They stopped making 4th gens in 2002. You should keep an eye on the For Sale section of the forum: http://www.ls1.com/forums/f38/

you will find the best selection on Craigslist, Sachse is sort of by Plano/Rockwall right? you should have no problem finding one you like.
