emblem between lights
anyone know how to get the trans am and the bird off on that little panel between the lights?
1999 mbm Z m6/ forged 346, lt's, wires, ls6 intake, sts rear turbo.

Better to leave it on and buy a blank panel.
Most people have problems keeping it on or having it fade.
But if you dont care then wet sand it.

cool, i have just the stock red ones with blacked out lights and i wanted to get rid of the red bird to make it all black

i would try that laquer thinner first. then just paint over it, do a few coats of black krylon or whatever and it will look good

Trent.... Wet sand it with 2000grit, and then spray it with the duplicolor clear at Vato Zone. Thats how Garret, and I, and Chris have done it... works great.

i had mine painted then cleared. i do have a extra filler panel polised that was on the car for a month, if interested pm me.
