Dumb question...fog light lol

I was putting a fog light in and couldnt twist it...I pulled it out and the bulb fell off inside and can't for the life of me open it...there's that screw with the spring and idk if i should've pulled any harder but it did't work lol....is that how u get to it??? I feel like an idiot asking haha

Yea i would take the spring off that would be the best way to acess it.Make sure you wear rubber gloves wen putting the new bulbs cause the oil on your hands can cause them to blew! I need to change the one on the drivers side of my car,im just gona go with HIDS.
