Driving lights & parking lights on with headlights down ?

Who or what do you do to keep headlights down and parking lights and driving lights on ! I have a 2000 WS-6 T/A 6-speed just got a few months ago and see pic of cars like that but my car when you turn on the park lights the headlights come up automatically .

sounds like gears might me bad. when my gear when bad the head light would go up when only putting on park lights. I replaced the gear and all is fine.

Thanks , that explains it . The gears are bad , haven't got around to replacing them yet . Thanks again .

Sounds like you already have the answer, but I'll chime in with another +1 as well. Same thing happened to me on my 98 TA, and it was the gears.
