Drive Shaft Slack
I have slack in my drive shaft and rear end
like when I put it in drive it like jumps and makes a popping noise
and when I go down the road it pops when I get back on the gas
any suggestions?

Replace the u-joints ASAP.

i hear the same noises but when i got underneth the car and tried to see if there was slack the drive shaft doesnt move could that still be the problem?

nahh like I can move my back tire when it is in the air and my drive shaft wont move until 5 secs after I move them

Might be too much backlash, might be play in the clutches in the diff. Could be shitty u-joints, If you havent ever thrown a driveshaft i suggest taking a few hours and a few dollars and replacing them.

I think it might be a benyin bearing I think that is how you spell it lol
