Door Panels? Anywhere to buy new?

Does GM even manufacture them anymore at this point? Anyone know of a third party website/retailer that sells OEM or aftermarket door panels new?

You might be able to get some from them.

What's the issue, the panel cracked?

I too have the same problem. Both of mine are cracked, and I've heard this is a common problem. I am in the process of figuring out a way to actually fill the cracks with an epoxy that is colored the same as my panels. I have no idea if it will work, but at the price of used panels that will eventually crack, I thought it may be worth the effort.

With great care and patience you can plastic weld them back. I completely graphed in a base from another basic air lid tray and repaired a WS6 air lid tray twice now. I fixed a broken one for me that every one thought no way. The second one was for another car guy in my area. It will take some planning but it possible to fix.

    Started with this:

Almost finished in this pic, went back with some more filler to smooth out some of the dimples.

    Installed

Wouldn't it have been simpler to cut the stock and plastic weld an extension piece to raise it to WS6 height?

Not really that raised piece is too thin. You would also need to have an absolute perfect cut on that section and have the absolute width of the filler to get it to the height as the WS6 tray.

I went in and on the underside graphed in more material to strengthen some of those areas as well because almost every tray I've seen has a crack on that center section in the middle that comes across the bottom side of the tray to help hold the filter in. Kinda ugly in this pic but it was smooth over and sanded before paint.
