Door molding picture request
I'm thinking about removing the door moldings on my ws6, but I'm not totally sold on the idea yet. I know their are other posts on this subject but I'm looking for some different camera angles. All the pictures I've seen are either to close up or to far away for me to get a view. Either way any pictures will be greatly appreciated.

yeah i'll have to admit there are a few improvements in the second set of photos compared to the first one.
Oh and dont worry, CETA mod is coming soon!
I promise that I'll do it before the Procharger is on the car.
Bottom line is it all looks better with the molding removed.

Super easy.
Just take a blow dryer, heat it up.
Take fishing line and run it under the molding to cut away the glue.
Rub away excess glue with your fingers (use a glove!) Then go over it with some 3M glue remover (I didnt have to).
Clean it all up and wax or what ever the hell you want to and it will look perfect!

K im defiantly doing this mod. How many miles where on ur car when u did it? Im curious if there is going to be much of a difference in the paint from where the molding was from sun damage?

silver- 99 ws6
no molding it's an appearance must do
I was also concerned about the paint underneth looking new, was informed that a car less than
10 tens old the clear protects the paint no color change on mine.

I did this mod about 4 months ago and wish I would have done it sooner. Very easy to do.
