    Don't persecute but....

Have any of you ever gone from an LSX to a Ford...Specifically looking at an 03/04 Terminator. not sure what to expect, I sold my T/A a few months ago. It was bitter sweet but the car just had issues out the ass and someone offered me my asking price (actually came out ahead on it) so I let it go. I need something with a V8--badly. Trying to keep it under 20k I've seen some 2010 Camaros out there but these Terminators are calling my name.....

I've seen the GT's well below my price range which is nice. I'd like to keep an LSX. Local dealer has a 2010 SS on their lot that they can;t move its been dropping in price every few weeks, might be at a good enough price to where I can learn to love it

If possible look for a 2012 and up. Reason being if the heater core shits the bed the only way to fix it is to remove the front windshield to get to 2 bolts. GM fixed it in 2012 model yrs and up.

My cousin was a GM tech and learned of that. Said the early 5th gens ha 2 bolts so close to the lower front windshield that the only way to get to them was by pulling it. The fix is that that spot now has plastic pins molded into the part that lets it rest there.

Funny how the engineers over looked that.

yeah I watched about 3 hours of youtube on the 5th gen camaro lots of pros and cons. I'm a taller guy 6'3'' and the biggest complaint is visibility on those cars. I hate to say it but the 17 GT I drove was very comfortable and had a great user interface (out of my price range but I may be able to do a 2015 which is the same styling). I kind of already feel like the 04 Cobra I'm looking at today will be a little small which I think will be alright because that would be a summer toy--It's much cheaper

the only thing pulley related I've seen is changing it to increase boost. seems like a solid car but I am going backwards becuase the whole point of selling the T/A was to get into something newer!!!

Buy another Trans Am, Pull motor, Drop in a 6.0 liter block, Twin Turbo setup = Win

But seriously I've been growing fawn of the G8 GXP's Something about them that just catches my eye. Same with the supercharge CTS-V's.

Both would be nice upgrades in my opinion.

You could also look at C6's, they are droping in price around me. Hell C6 Z06 are going around $20k in my area.

corvette is in the mix but I'm really itching for something newer. I'm closing on another investment property, in hopefully 30 days, so i have some time to sit and think .
