    Decals

This really shouldn't be that difficult but it's been driving me crazy.

I am going to buy decals to replace/modify the ram air, front bird, side TA, calipers and I may possibly do the back Pontiac in the back. The car is silver and I am going to do the calipers red. I am thinking that I should do all the decals black. Will the black be too much?

painting the calipers bright red is gonna set it off really good, as it did mine.. but going with all black decals is gonna make it look SICK in my opinion. black red and silver look good together.. so i say GO with that idea and deff. post pics when your done

keep us in mind for everything you're looking for. Might I suggest replaceing the door lettering, not putting decals over them?

agreed. i youre gonna do it, then replace lettering, dont put decals on.

but personally i say paint the calipers, but remove the door lettering. looks much cleaner. lettering looks tack imo. i personally dont like the decals on the front bird either. but if you are set on it, then the color combo you picked will look the best.

Wow, I never thought of doing that. Personally, I don't usually like the door lettering to stand out at all. That does look a whole lot cleaner. I might consider this..

its a pretty popular thing around this forum. you can search for it. a lot of people remove the door moldings too. i like it because i like the cleanest look possible. first time i saw it was on a blackbird. liked it ever since.
