Black- 2001 Trans Am Ws6
Dealer is f***** crazy
So I went to the dealership today to see about a ws6. It was an 02 nbm auto with a little over 40,000 miles. So I am thinking it will be high teens low twenties. Nope, the dealer wanted 29,000 dollars for it. After I found that out I just got up and left. Sorry I just felt like ranting.

I got mine in the high teens. The dealer told me that T/A's are more in demand now, then in recent years because they don't make them anymore. They would hardly budge on the price. It's getting harder to find a nice low mileage bird these days. 29k though...thats a little steep.

Dealers will alway's try and fuck you over like that. Don't buy from the dealership is you looking for used, they always over price they shit. Instead try going with AutoTrader, Carmax or Craigslist. I got my SS off AutoTrader in perfect condition for around $22K.

i got my 99 formula from a dealer for 8 grand it had about 130k miles though but great body no dents or noticeable scratches, clean interior still had window sticker and all the stuff that it came new with(paper wise that is) and the previous owner had put on a flowmaster catback(i HATE IT) and i belive a jet programable but the sticker is really messed up so not 100% sure. but yeah most dealers are a bunch of assholes

i got my '99 TA with 55k on it, bone stock $12.5k... I am seeing the prices for the TAs and SS have gone up 2-3k on average since 2 yrs ago and they will get pricier as they are less avail. but 29k it will be a while to go for that price, maybe 8-10 yrs from now a 40,000 miles TA will go for that just like 70s camaros etc are expensive now.

Thats funny...that is almost the same line I got from the dealer that I bought my car from. They had 02 Z28 w/30k that they wanted $10K for. But they would not match the price for the TA. I had to haggle for 3 days before they would let me have it for $18K. they had it priced at $22999 (on sale). Yeah right...dealers love to take you for everything you have.
