Corner lights

I saw a thread a few days ago, of someone complaining about there corner lights going out. Someone had mentioned that they did a mod where they only worked as blinkers and not as day light running lights. Now I cant find the link or the Member who said they did it.

Does anyone have the link to the mod or remember the Member?

I am buying new corner light cause both of mine a cracked big time, and would like to do the mod before I put on the new ones on.
