color combo wuestions

ok i have a 2002 t/a arctic white with tan interior. i need to replce my carpet and headliner. every place i check does not list tan as a color for the 02 models. the dealer told me this was a rare color combo i asumed it was bull and didnt really think much of it.

so my question is is the tan color a rare option in 2002. i cant see that being right but nobody seems to sell a replacement tan carpet listed for a 2002. so it just got me thinking weather it is rare or not.

never mind took me 2 minutes of sarching on ebay to find other tan interior. so its obviously not rare. which is fine with me but why cand i seem to find any one that sells the right carpet. closest i can find is medium sand grey.

also any one know where i can get the headliner retainer.

dude i think all the interior parts you need are swapable from 93-02, that should broaden your search a little

You might also try looking for Taupe and Camel. Those were the names for the two tan interior colors for 2002. Taupe is a little lighter than Camel so you'll want to be sure which one you have.

If your carpet isn't Black then you likely have the Neutral carpet (RPO code 52I, GM part#10420490) which doesn't appear to be available from GM anymore, maybe one of these similar carpets would be a reasonable reproduction (definitely ask the dealers for more details) =
