Not without modifiction. Why not get the kit for a 99? It's not that much more.

I disagree with gixxer I felt a very noticeable difference with the slp flow pack, the extra airflow when u floor it doing 45 mph and up makes a huge difference. It might not show on a dyno but then again ur not getting increased airflow constantly up to 115 mph either. Not all are a waste, maybe try the free RAM air mod.

ok another stupid question im not sure what its called but its the plastic cover thats right in front of the radiator its like right in front of your air box a guy at a car meet told me i could cut a hold in it or take it out to get more cold air to my filter but i think hes was blowing smoke

He's blowing smoke! It won't direct the air into the box. You will just have a nasty hole you have to look at every time you open your hood.

no i just have the normal hood he was talking about that plastic cover right behind the hood latch i think its there to help the air get to your radiator from the bottom umm its hard to explain but i guess the idea is that if u cut a hole in it when your driving air would come up threw it im not sure it sounded stupid i was just wondering if anyones ever done that

what are you comparing it to though? Stock? If you compare an aftermarket lid vs a CAI there isnt going to be any "noticeable" change at all, except for the price. There isnt a very noticeable change from a tune so i really really highly doubt youll notice something as small as a lid or CAI. Come on man

Naw gixxer I was comparing it to stock,I installed my Slp lid and flo pack one Saturday afternoon and could tell a difference. It pulled harder from a roll than it did stock.
