I agree with the others that you have a hydraulic issue. Replacing the clutch MC and slave should fix it. Then you'll love the the car again. After you fix the diff.

With the way it's acting now I have to risk driving it my 60+ miles a day to work for another week (i get paid next Wed.)
Having more than one member agree with a possible solution on here makes me feel a little bit more confident in spending the money to replace the hydraulic components

please understand we are giving a best guess because none of us are there to physically look at it. We are just trying to give the best advice and input based on what you have given us.

With 110k miles I hate to pile this onto of everything else. You need to be ready to service the internals of the tranny soon. Fix the hydraulics first. If you start to notice that it's hard to shift or you have to push really hard to get into gear - these are signs that the syncros are starting to go and other stuff. I currently have 169k miles on my tranny and I'm around 50k on my LS7 clutch. It's overdue to have the internals serviced, I have a couple of other higher priority projects thaqt need to be done before I can get to the tranny rebuild, so I feel for you. Mine has become more of a DD because my wife's Jeep is currently collecting dust in the garage due to a spun bearing. Jeep internal parts have been a bitch to get. It took 4 months to get just 2 piston connecting rods. I refused to pay for a complete piston setup for 3x the amount for a connecting rod.

Oh yeah I understand that it's all educated guesses

That's what me and my best friend we're thinking. And It does feel like the syncros are going bad

Well if you're gonna take out the trans and have it rebuilt, expect about $1500-$2200 for a quality reman job. I just had mine done, with a few upgrades in the trans itself and replacing some worn synchros, along with an LS7 clutch assembly and slave cylinder, for them to do it all for me (R&R the trans also) was $2750.

Yeah I was reading about that on here. Seems like I should just drive like a grandma for now and just buy the D&D trans for 2800ish later next year
