Can't. The Red is done by a film in the gauge overlay... You can put any color bulb in, but it has to shine thru the red....

You could use a self lit overlay.... or MAYBE a camaro cluster, and jack with it.

I know it can be done, just have not done it myself....Now changing the bulb/led is easy.

search online for aftermarket gauge overlays. they have'm with clear film so that you can change the bulbs with whatever color LED to get that same true color through the overlay. i've been doing some research on this as well. it's a future project on my "list to be done"

I've done it. Yes, it's a PITA. I did it with blue LED's. For the IP, you have to dis-assemble the gauge overlay and sand off the red imprint.... real pain here. Then I put in LED's.

The HVAC and Headlamp require replacement overlays.

The radio can't be done, just consider getting a different one or a camaro one. I bought a junkyard camaro one, wired up all the blue LED's, and it looks great. However, the CD player stopper working now... dang it.

Personally I would stay with the red....like was mentioned, even if you change your gauge cluster to blue, your HVAC controls, radio, and door panel lights are still red. Even though you can change most of them too, why? Your car is red right?

well as said you'll have to get a new gauge cluster with clear numbers, firebirds are tinted red to match everything else in the interior

Well, with a red car, I couldn't ask for a better interior gauge color!!! I have purchased radar detectors and have been really thankful when the led's are red in the detector too! I think the red is cool....but I'm biased!!!!
