can i run dumps?
i have a 98 trans am.... it has hooker shorties on it. are you still able to run dumps if you dont have longtubes???

Yes...you just need an exhaust shop to fabricate you some pipes to continue down to the bottom of the car.

dont do it! dumps are horrible for DD LS1's!
its loud and annoying after while..and not in a good way

Depends on where it's dumped at. The 02 is dumped at the axle and it sounds fine. It's not my DD but it's quiet enough to be if I wanted to.

haha the loudness is fine with me, ive always had loud cars and trucks.... i just want it to be loud but still sound good and not like racket going down the road

mine was dumped at the axle. just hate the drone on the highway sounded good at WOT and that was it.
