Look at something with a 228 duration with a LSA of 112 to 114 The lower the LSA number the more of the cam lobe you'll here.
In addition to get more benefits for a cam look for LS6 intake ($350-400) & a used set of 243 or 799 heads ($450-550).
It would be best to do this all at once because of the need for a tune. Pay once instead of 2-3 times.
