Just wondering what you guys with cam, supporting mods, and a tune are getting in gas milage. What is the differance after adding the cam? How badly did it decrease? What do u get in the city/highway?

Mileage will depend on driver, size of cam, tune, environmental issues (weather, landscape), wheel/tire sizes, gearing, vehicle mileage, and multiple other factors.
I have yet to cam my LS1, but have installed cams in at least 4 of my other cars. Some of the them were pretty aggressive. I didn't notice a significant mileage drop, except for when I was harder on the gas.
With all that stated, a small to moderate cam with a good tune should only slightly reduce your mileage, unless you change your driving habits. If you get into it more, you will obviously lose more mileage.

Black- 1999
I have a 99 T/A LS1 M6 Ws-6. 2 months ago I installed a Z06 cam and roller rockers. Prior to doing the cam work I was getting 19/26mpg(Cithy/Highway). Without changing my driving habbits I'm getting 19/24. IMO the 2 mpg that I lost is worth every oz.
Just a side not, I have not tuned the motor yet. Itsa still running with the old cam tune.

on full bolts ons, a tr230, stage 2 heads, and high compression, I averaged about 200 miles per tank if I was good.

translated to english:
I need to put my cam in(hot cam). I think it might do a lil better on fuel, well I hope. Either way I go way to fast on the highway to care what kind of mpg I get. I sometimes get 9 sometimes 30. 30 if it rains for a few days and 9 if I'm late for work
lol, sorry to be a dick, but sometimes spelling is important if we can't read or understand your post
