Hello everyone im new here. I have a 2002 WS6 and i was wondering if 228R 112LSA 7.400 would be good? Would I need to up the push rod length?

It's always best to measure for correct pushrod length for cam, head, lifter & rocker swaps.
You should be fine with the 7.4" push rods if you change nothing else with that cam, but like I said above it's always best to be sure. The tool only cost about $20 and is easy to use. We also have a sticky that can guide you through the process.
