    Brakes help....

I am planning on changing my rotors and brake pads this weekend. But my buddy said to remember to open the bleeder valve so that the fluid doesn't go back when i put the calipers on. I thought i didn't have to do any bleeding if I change my rotors and brake pads only. Should I listen to him or no?

NO do not open the bleeders you will most likely need to compress the piston you can get a tool for it or use a c-clamp and the old brake pad I would suggest after its all back together to bleed the system with the furthest wheel first when your all done be carefull the first time you hit the brakes they will probably suck test them in the driveway

    good luck
