Bought a Ram air hood today!

Hey i just bought a ram air hood today. Should be here in 2-3 weeks. I havent seen to many t/a's that have this hood, and i kinda like the idea of combinding the WS6 and Firehawk hoods. Look at the pic and tell me what you think. Also, this hood is fully functional. If i have a slp lid, do i buy a add on system? Where should i get one? THANX

I bought it off of "u.s.exotics" on ebay. I just won the auction so there isnt another one up yet but just type in ws9 hood and there should be another one up in a cupple days. I havent got the hood yet, so i dont know the quality. I will post pics as soon as i recieve it. They are great people to work with though.

I have a bottom assembly it has a crack in the front of it and its fit for a ram air hood but I never got a chance to use it due to the fact that my hood that I ordered from SLP didnt work out due to it was a POS so its just hanging in my garage now...

You are getting a very good hood. I personally have been to US Exotics and picked mine up. Roger is a great guy and if anything is wrong he will go out of his way to correct it.
    Heres mine.
    Before Paint

    After Paint

Also had one of his Superhawk hoods too. Same as a Firehawk. He doesnt make these anymore.

US Exotics still sells the superhawk hood, but its $900 and is raised 2" on the back. Is the red hood posted above that one or is it an older version not raised 2"? It seems like the extra 2" would impede visibility and look somewhat funny, but the red trans looks totally fine.
